Reason for joining: I wanted to participate in activities with my three children, not just watch them grow up. I didn't want being tired and the pain in my legs and back to keep me from doing that anymore. My daughter said to me, "I know you were smiling, but you never seemed to have fun--you don't seem happy."
Thin&Healthy Achievements: I've lost 53 lbs and 94.25 inches! I've kept it off since March 2003. I am but a shadow of the woman that walked into Thin&Healthy for the first time. My legs don't hurt, my back problems have disappeared and I am healthier than ever. I'm running around playing with my children like the young and healthy mom that I always wanted to be. I love that I'm a healthy role model for my children and I am really happy now!
